Welcome to the Balkan Music Video Awards (the "Awards" or "Festival"). By submitting your work or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility
Submissions are open to filmmakers, directors, musicians, and artists globally. Submissions must include a music video where the visual content is synchronized with an existing musical track. The festival reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.

2. Submission Rules
Participants must ensure they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for the music and visuals included in their entry. Balkan MVA is not responsible for any copyright infringements resulting from unauthorized submissions.

3. Selection & Judging
A panel of professional jurors will evaluate entries based on original concept, visual storytelling, and technical execution. The decision of the jury is final and binding.

4. Rights & Usage
By submitting, you grant Citizen Association “Etos" a non-exclusive right to screen the music video during the Festival and use segments of the work for promotional purposes related to the Balkan Music Video Awards across various media platforms.

5. Liability
The organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted submissions. The Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event structure due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct
All participants must act in a professional manner. Harassment or discriminatory behavior will result in disqualification.
