“Where the Balkans Meet Through Music Videos”
Balkan Music Video Awards is an international festival for music videos based in Subotica, Serbia. We give filmmakers, directors, musicians and visual artists a stage to show stories where music and film meet.
A music video is more than promotion. It’s a short film, visual art, and three minutes that can stay with you longer than the song itself.
Balkan MVA is a meeting point between the raw creative energy of the Balkans and the international music video community. Every year we bring together the people who make music videos happen — directors, cinematographers, editors, choreographers, animators, performers and producers — and give their work a serious audience.

FESTIVAL DIRECTOR
Dragana Radaković
Toković
As President of the cultural association ETOS, she is actively involved in the development and promotion of cultural and artistic projects, with a particular interest in music, film, literature, cultural heritage and intercultural exchange.
She is a university lecturer in technical sciences and a PhD researcher, combining her academic career with a strong personal commitment to culture and the arts. Her interdisciplinary background enables her to connect education, creativity, technology and cultural cooperation in innovative ways.
Through her work with ETOS, she has initiated and supported projects that bring together artists, authors, musicians and creative professionals from different cultural backgrounds. Among these are the international music project “Desert Tide” and the intercultural literary heritage project “The Forgotten City”, both reflecting her belief in the power of art to connect people and cultures.
A passionate supporter of music, cinema, literature and cultural heritage, she is particularly committed to creating opportunities for artistic collaboration and supporting emerging creative voices. Her work is guided by the idea that culture should be open, inclusive and capable of creating lasting connections beyond national and linguistic boundaries.
As Festival Director, she brings together her experience in academia, cultural project development and international cooperation, with a vision of establishing a festival that celebrates artistic diversity, intercultural dialogue, creativity and collaboration.
